Convin’s Award Achievements
We’re excited to share that Convin won the Conversational AI Excellence of the Year 2025 award at the 3rd NXTGEN BPO Confex & Awards for our outstanding work in AI-driven conversations. A big shoutout to our SDR stars, Uma Mahesh and Aakash K, who dedicatedly represented us!
Additionally, Convin was among the five winners at the InFiniTe hackathon, organized by Aditya Birla Capital and Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH). Our team developed a voicebot solution for the financial industry that could seamlessly switch between regional languages to trigger a payment reminder, among other features.
Our solution stood out among 75+ entries, showcasing our ability to develop real-world solutions that meet the most stringent requirements.

We’re excited to announce the successful launch of our partnership with Lokal, a hyperlocal social media platform for India.
