Convin integrates with Twist to give you all call updates in one place. You no longer have to search through your mailbox for important notifications and action items after every customer interaction. Convin sends you all call conversation updates straight to your twist channels.

How to enable Convin X Twist integration?

1. Log into the Convin dashboard.

2. Go to the ‘Settings’ section on the left panel.

3. Then go to ‘Integrations’ and look for ‘Twist’ under ‘Communications Integrations’

4. Click ‘Connect’ on Twist Integration.

5. You’ll now be redirected to the permissions page on the Twist dashboard. Click on ‘Confirm,’ and that’s about it.

You’re all set.

6. In case you want to disconnect the Integration. Go to the Integrations page and click ‘Disconnect.’
