Connect Convin with 

LiveChat

Convin integrates with LiveChat  to give you all call updates in one place. You no longer have to search through your mailbox for important notifications and action items after every customer interaction. Convin sends you all call conversation updates straight to your LiveChat chats.

How to enable Convin X LiveChat  integration?

1. Log into the Convin.

2. Go to the ‘Settings’ section on the left panel.

3. Then go to ‘Integrations’ and look for LiveChat under ‘Communications Integrations’.

4. Once you click on it, you’ll be redirected to LiveChat authentication page.

5. On successful authentication, you’ll be redirected back to the Convin’s integration page.

6. In case you want to disconnect the Integration. Go to the Integrations page and click ‘Disconnect.’
