1. Customer satisfaction is an essential objective to Convin in performing its obligations under this SaaS Agreement.
2. Except concerning intellectual property rights, if a dispute arises between the parties relating to the interpretation or performance of this SaaS Agreement or the grounds for the termination hereof, the parties agree to hold a meeting within fifteen (15) days of a written request by either party, attended by individuals with decision-making authority, regarding the dispute, to attempt in good faith to negotiate a resolution of the dispute before pursuing other available remedies.
3. If, within 15 days after such meeting, the parties have not succeeded in resolving the dispute, either party may protect its interests by any lawful means available to it.
